As an MMO, Final Fantasy XIV offers a massive amount of content, which means countless bugs might occur. Even when the developers work on fixing the issues, new and returning glitches can surface when updates are introduced. One issue many players have already encountered in FFXIV is the unexpected deactivation of some sounds—or even all of them—while playing. It can happen at any moment, and it’s not always related to your platform.

There’s no shortage of mounts of all kinds in Final Fantasy XIV, but some are more unique than others. Riot is closing out the year in style with VALORANT Episode Three, Act Three.  The final act of the year combines a fresh new competitive season with a battle pass, a skin line inspired by comic books, a limited-time event based on Arcane, and a new weapon-savvy agent called Chamber. Chamber, a sentinel that “focuses on mechanical outplays” with an “additional focus on gunplay” for “an extra flourish,” has an arsenal of weapons at his disposal.

The traditional modern city map Split will be removed from VALORANT’s Competitive and Unrated map pool with the release of Patch 5.0, Riot Games revealed today.  The map will make way for Pearl, the newest map set to be added to VALORANT. There will be a temporary six map pool rotation with Haven, Bind, Ascent, Icebox, Breeze, and Fracture, while Pearl will be introduced in competitive queues on July 12. 

Whether it’s unique and flashy weapon arts or incredibly helpful spirit summons for distraction and diversion, Elden Ring provides players with different options for combat engagement. Some of these useful tools can be found and unlocked early on in a playthrough, while others are saved for late-game and more developed characters. Regardless of when players obtain these, there are some that stand above all others and prove to be far more powerful and useful.

Lost Ark’s playable characters are fearless warriors but also talented musicians. Sometimes, players will stop between two fights and play music to open up passages, reveal areas, or increase their rapports with the game’s NPC that help them in their adventures. The Song of Starlight is one of them. It’s described as the “song of the starkeeper who guides souls.” It has many uses, including completing some sidequests in Yorn, for example.

Asmongold turned a lot of heads last summer by diving into the world of Final Fantasy XIV. But since his return from a few months’ worth of a Twitch hiatus, the content creator hasn’t touched the game. After coming back to streaming in February, Asmongold has spent 199 hours of airtime playing Lost Ark following its Western release and he’s dabbled in FromSoftware’s new open world RPG Elden Ring, playing the game for 74 hours on stream, according to SullyGnome.

League of Legends has a massive player base and a roaring esports scene, but it’s not without its problems. The servers are nothing to write home about. They tend to malfunction, randomly kicking players out of matches or preventing them from joining altogether. If Summoner’s Rift isn’t down, it’s the client or the store. It’s often difficult to determine whether the issue is on Riot’s end or yours. Thankfully, there are a few easy methods to check if League is down.

Gaming sessions can take longer than expected. Considering the hectic nature of VALORANT, you can end up spending hours joining match after match.
